Here is exactly what we do in each kind of clean, in plain words. Find your clean in the table, then read the short list under it. If something is not part of your clean, you can often add it. We always tell you the price before we start, and nothing is added without your OK.
- Standard: a regular clean of the surfaces you can see.
- Deep: everything in Standard, plus the detail work a regular clean skips. A great first clean.
- Move-In and Move-Out: our most thorough clean, inside and out. Made for an empty home.
Side by Side: What Each Clean Includes
Included means it is part of that clean. Add-on means you can add it, and we tell you the price before we start. Not included means it is not part of that clean. A bigger clean covers it.
Free on every clean: the inside of the microwave, a small load of dishes in the sink (never a full sink), and bed linens changed. They are part of the price, never an add-on.

Standard still dusts the window sills we can reach as part of normal dusting. Wiping them by hand is part of a Deep clean. Recurring visits follow the Standard list. Airbnb turnovers and Heavy Duty cleans have their own lists, so just ask.
Standard Clean
Best for a home that is already kept up, or that a professional cleaned in the last few weeks. We clean the surfaces you can see.
Included
- Kitchen: counters wiped, sinks scrubbed and sanitized, stovetop wiped, the outsides of appliances wiped and shined, the inside of the microwave, and a small load of dishes in the sink (never a full sink).
- Bathrooms: showers, tubs, toilets, sinks and mirrors cleaned.
- Bedrooms and living areas: dusting of surfaces we can reach, bed linens changed, and a general tidy.
- Baseboards: a light dust pass.
- Floors: every floor vacuumed, then mopped until clean.
- Trash emptied and a fresh bag put in.
Not included
- The inside of the oven and refrigerator. You can add these (see Inside Appliances below). The inside of the microwave is always included.
- Inside cabinets and drawers. You can add these.
- Cabinet fronts degreased, window sills wiped by hand, window tracks, doors, door frames, switch plates, and the edges and corners a quick clean skips. These are part of a Deep clean.
- Hand-wiped baseboards, ceiling fans and light fixtures. These are part of a Deep clean, or you can add them.
- Closets and wall spot-cleaning. These are part of Move-In and Move-Out.
- Blinds and inside window glass. You can add these.
- Heavy buildup. If your home needs a Deep clean, we tell you honestly before we start.
Good to know
- Most Standard cleans take about 2 to 3 hours with a team of 2. The price stays the same however long it takes.
- You do not need to be home. Give us your access instructions once and we follow them.
- Tell us about any pets before we arrive.
- We bring all supplies and equipment.
Deep Clean
Best for a first-time clean, a home that has gone a while without a professional clean, or before guests and holidays. It is everything in Standard, plus the detail work.
Included
- Everything in a Standard clean, plus:
- Kitchen: cabinet fronts degreased, and the outsides of appliances cleaned in detail.
- Bathrooms: an extra-detailed scrub of soap scum, hard-water spots and built-up grime.
- Whole home: baseboards hand-wiped to remove built-up dust, grime, and scuff marks (every reachable room, both floors of a two-story home, no furniture moving needed), window sills wiped by hand, window tracks cleaned, ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted and wiped, doors, door frames and switch plates wiped, and the edges and corners a quick clean skips.
Not included
- The inside of the oven and refrigerator. You can add these (see Inside Appliances below). The inside of the microwave is always included.
- Inside cabinets and drawers. You can add these.
- Closets and wall spot-cleaning. These are part of Move-In and Move-Out.
- Blinds and inside window glass. You can add these.
- Carpet shampooing.
- A year or more of heavy buildup may need a Heavy Duty clean. If so, we say so before we start.
Good to know
- Baseboards, ceiling fans, light fixtures and door frames are part of a Deep clean. We never charge them as extras.
- A Deep clean usually takes 4 to 8 hours, depending on the size and condition of your home. We plan real time so the detail work is never rushed.
- You do not need to be home, and we bring all supplies and equipment.
Move-In Clean
For a home you are about to move into: new owners, new renters, new-build homes after the builder’s quick clean, and landlords between tenants. This is our most thorough clean.
Included
- Everything in a Deep clean, plus:
- Kitchen: the inside of the oven, refrigerator and microwave. Empty cabinet and drawer interiors are an optional $99 add-on.
- Closets: every closet wiped out.
- Walls: wall spot-cleaning.
- Windows: interior window glass is an optional add-on at $11 per window.
- And all of the Deep clean list: cabinet fronts, bathrooms scrubbed in detail, baseboards hand-wiped, window sills and tracks, ceiling fans, light fixtures, doors, door frames and switch plates, every floor vacuumed and mopped, and trash emptied and a fresh bag put in.
Not included
- Blinds. You can add these.
- Full wall washing, painting, patching or repairs.
- Construction debris beyond normal cleaning.
- Carpet shampooing and upholstery cleaning. We don’t offer these services.
- Moving furniture.
Good to know
- Water and power must be on.
- It is best done while the home is empty, between getting your keys and the moving truck. We can only clean inside cabinets and drawers when they are empty.
- Tell us your closing date or lease start date.
- How long it takes depends on the home. We plan the time when we confirm your booking.
Move-Out Clean
For a home you are leaving: renters protecting a deposit, sellers getting ready for closing or listing photos, and landlords or property managers turning a unit. This is our most thorough clean.

- Everything in a Deep clean, plus:
- Kitchen: the inside of the oven, refrigerator and microwave. Empty cabinet and drawer interiors are an optional $99 add-on.
- Closets: every closet wiped out.
- Walls: wall spot-cleaning.
- Windows: interior window glass is an optional add-on at $11 per window.
- And all of the Deep clean list: cabinet fronts, bathrooms scrubbed in detail, baseboards hand-wiped, window sills and tracks, ceiling fans, light fixtures, doors, door frames and switch plates, every floor vacuumed and mopped, and trash emptied and a fresh bag put in.
Not included
- Blinds. You can add these.
- Moving furniture or hauling junk.
- Carpet shampooing. We don’t offer carpet cleaning.
- Full wall washing, painting, patching or repairs.
- Pest control.
Good to know
- The home needs to be empty. We can only clean inside cabinets and drawers when they are empty.
- Water and power must be on.
- Tell us your walkthrough, lease-end or closing date as soon as you know it. The end of the month books up first.
- We cannot control a landlord’s decision about a deposit, but we clean to what landlords actually check.
- How long it takes depends on the home. We plan the time when we confirm your booking.
Add-On: Inside Appliances
Want the inside of your oven or refrigerator cleaned too? Add it to a Standard or Deep clean. Move-In and Move-Out already include both at no extra charge. The inside of the microwave is always included free, on every clean.

- The final price depends on condition. A very dirty oven takes more work than a lightly used one. We tell you the price before we start.
- The Kitchen Deep Clean package is an add-on bundle. It is not the same as a Deep clean.
Not Included in Any Clean
For safety, and because these are different jobs, we do not do the following in a home clean.
- Repairs, painting or patching walls.
- Pest control, or cleaning up an active infestation.
- Mold removal, or any large mold patch (more than about 25 square feet).
- Biohazard cleanup, such as blood, bodily fluids or sewage.
- Hoarding-level clearing.
- Hauling away junk. Only a garage cleaning has a junk-removal add-on.
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances, unless it is safe and agreed ahead of time.
- Construction debris and post-construction cleanup.
- Outside window glass.
- Full wall washing.
- Installing or repairing appliances.
- Items you mark off-limits, and any unsafe condition. Our team does not work in unsafe conditions.
- Carpet, upholstery, tile and grout. We don’t offer these services.

Quick Questions
Does Standard include inside the fridge?
No. A Standard clean covers the surfaces you can see, so the inside of the fridge and oven are not part of it. The inside of the microwave is always included, free. You can add the fridge and oven with the Inside Appliances add-on, or pick Move-In or Move-Out, which include both.
What’s the difference between Deep and Move-Out?
Deep is everything in Standard plus detail work like hand-wiped baseboards, window tracks, cabinet fronts, ceiling fans and light fixtures. Move-Out is everything in Deep plus the inside of every cabinet, drawer and closet, the inside of the oven and refrigerator, and wall spot-cleaning.
Can I add the oven and fridge to a Deep clean?
Yes. Inside the oven is $30–$75 and inside the refrigerator is $30–$50, or get both in the Kitchen Deep Clean package, which starts at $75. The inside of the microwave is already included, free.
Do you clean inside the cabinets?
Yes, on Move-In and Move-Out, when the cabinets are empty. On a Standard or Deep clean you can add it, and we tell you the price before we start.
What’s the difference between Standard and Deep?
Standard is a regular clean of the surfaces you can see, with a light dust pass on the baseboards. Deep adds the detail work, like hand-wiped baseboards, window sills and tracks, cabinet fronts, ceiling fans, light fixtures and a more detailed scrub in the kitchen and bathrooms.
