No deposit is charged — ever. We accept cash, bank transfer, Zelle, and Cash App. No card required to book. If the size, condition, or scope is different than described, we’ll present a revised estimate before starting — no additional work is ever done without your approval.
How much does a cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the service and your home’s size and condition. Home cleaning is priced by bedrooms, bathrooms, and condition. Specialty services — carpet, upholstery, tile & grout, rugs, pet stain & odor, commercial carpet, natural stone, power washing — are quoted from a few quick details. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule free with 24+ hours notice — just call or text (832) 281-4366. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may have a fee, and the same access and no-show rules apply to all of our services. Full details are on our Terms & Policies page.
Can I set up recurring cleanings?
Absolutely — weekly, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, or every 4 weeks. Recurring customers save up to 15% on every visit (Weekly 15%, Every 2 Weeks 10%, Every 3–4 Weeks 5%). Discounts can’t be combined — you get the best applicable discount.
Do you charge extra for pets?
Pet-friendly homes are welcome. A small pet fee may apply so we bring the right care and supplies.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Houston and surrounding areas — including Bellaire, Meyerland, West University, Memorial, River Oaks, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Pearland, and other nearby Houston-area communities.
Do you offer same-day or next-day cleaning?
